Who is Training Force?

The Project:

Over the past six years, Training Force partnered with Wastemart to upskill approximately 20 learners, focusing on two key learnership programmes: Business Administration NQF 3 and Freight Handling NQF 3. These programmes were designed to close critical skills gaps, improve workforce capability, and support operational growth. Several learners have been successfully absorbed into Wastemart’s workforce, contributing directly to productivity and business continuity.

The Business Administration and Freight Handling level 3 programmes were aligned with SAQA, NQF, and SETA accreditation standards. Learners received hands-on experience in their respective departments, supported by ongoing mentorship and assessment to ensure competency, compliance, and measurable impact on operational performance.
