Who is Training Force?

The Project:
Since 2023, Training Force has partnered with Nashua Cape Town to deliver impactful skills development initiatives, upskilling over 80 learners through accredited programmes. The primary focus has been on Information Technology NQF Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications, designed to strengthen technical capabilities and support workforce development within the organisation.
The Business objective:
Nashua Cape Town sought a structured and reliable approach to managing its skills development requirements while ensuring compliance with B-BBEE regulations. The objective was to implement meaningful training initiatives that support internal staff development while improving overall B-BBEE performance and access to available grant funding.
The Challenge/Need:
Nashua Cape Town required a reliable training partner to support its skills development initiatives while ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and maximising the value of available grants.
The need was to implement structured programmes that not only meet regulatory requirements but also contribute to meaningful employee development.
Implementation:
Training Force delivered accredited Information Technology learnership programmes aligned with SAQA, NQF, and SETA requirements. These programmes combined structured learning with practical application, ensuring that both learners and existing staff developed relevant, industry-aligned skills.
In addition, Training Force supported Nashua Cape Town with grant recovery processes through MICT SETA, ensuring full compliance and financial optimisation.
