If you don’t have an email address, you can create a free Gmail account on your phone in a few minutes.

• Open the Gmail app (or install it from your app store)
• Tap Create account
• Follow the steps to set a password and add your details

The reference number tells us which opportunity you're applying for, and where you heard about it.

• If you saw an advert, look for it on the poster, flyer, or social media post — it's usually near the bottom or next to the contact details
• If someone referred you, they should have given it to you
• Choose the one that matches from the list

If you weren't given one or can't find it, choose the first option in the list and carry on with your application — it won't count against you.

You can get your SARS tax reference details via the SARS online services.

• Use SARS eFiling or the SARS MobiApp
• Look for your tax reference number / letter
• If you need help, SARS can assist at a branch or via their official support channels

Tip: Make sure the document is clear and readable before uploading.

This usually only takes a few seconds. It can be a bit longer if your files are large.
